The Alberton Fire Department is a volunteer department which is responsible for protecting several thousand people and over 2,200 private, public, and commercial properties. We are based in Alberton, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Emergency Services we provide:
- Fire suppression
- Medical first responders
- High angle rescue
- Confined space rescue
- Vehicle extraction
- Cold water rescue

Burn Permits Posted 30 May, 2010
Residents are reminded that from 15 March to 1 December burn permits are required for open burning. These permits are available from the Western Forest District Office. Furthermore, it is a violation of Town bylaws to have an open fire within Town limits without the permission of the Fire Chief or his designated representative.
